Competition Rules
1. Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

2. Entry: Purchase of at least one raffle ticket. Each ticket purchase equals one entry. 

3. Prize Details: The prize includes a 5-day trip to Accra, Ghana, accommodation in a 4-star hotel, an exclusive EATO dining experience, and VIP access to a beach club in Accra.


5.a Winner Selection: The winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries and announced on October 31, 2024.

5.b Tamara Brown was announced as the first winner on 31st October 2024. Since we did not reach our entry target, we are extending the competition. The next winner will be announced once we receive 2,500 entries.

6. Prize Redemption: Winners can redeem their prize between 1st December 2024 and 31st March 2025.


7. Notification: Winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the announcement. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner will be selected.


8. Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.


9. Travel Insurance: Winners are responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance.

10. Visa and Medical Requirements: Winners are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary visas and meet all medical requirements for travel to Ghana, including any vaccinations.


11. Personal Data: Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of the competition and in accordance with EATO’s privacy policy.


12. Publicity: By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.


13. Right to Cancel: EATO reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation.
